The reports offer actual site design plans and considerations, funding options, permitting required to use Los Angeles County’s Flood Control Channel/Eaton Wash easement as a bike/footpath, and an update of potential remediation costs.
The sites are
- Earthside Nature Center site, a city-owned parcel of approximately 2 acres, located at 3160 East Del Mar Blvd.

Learn about water rate increases & new water restrictions, which are effective now
Pasadena Water & Power (PWP) water rate increases and revised billing units (rate tiers) took July 1.
- Click here to get more background on the water rates. Links will appear on the left sidebar to pages on the proposed rate structure, water waste prohibitions, and frequently asked questions.
- PWP customers can estimate what their water bills will look like with the proposed new rates. Go to www.PWPweb.com/YourWater and click on “Water Bill Estimator.” You will need information from your water bill, preferably a bill between July 1 and September 30, since that would show peak usage.
In addition, the City Council enacted permanent water waste restrictions which will take effect July 3. Click here to see details.
